At Get Gussied Up, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us — we are committed to making it right.

1. Can I return it?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team at info@getgussiedups.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Because we ship internationally from China, we understand that returning items overseas can be costly and inconvenient. In most cases, we will offer one of the following solutions without requiring you to return the item:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost

Our team will assess each case individually and work with you to find the best resolution.

2. When is a refund or replacement applicable?

The following situations are covered under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
1. Item received is damaged or defective
2. Item received is significantly different from the product description or photos
3. Wrong item or wrong size was sent due to our error
4. Item was not received within 45 business days of purchase

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered by the buyer
- Final sale items
- Sizing issues resulting from incorrect size selection by the buyer (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)

3. How do I request a refund or replacement?

3.1 Email our customer service team at info@getgussiedups.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
3.2 Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item received (if applicable)
3.3 Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
3.4 If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. What is not covered?

4.1 Items without sufficient proof of purchase
4.2 Requests made after 30 days of receiving the order
4.3 Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage by the buyer (e.g. incorrect washing, exposure to harsh chemicals)
4.4 Sizing issues caused by incorrect size selection (please use our Size Guide)
4.5 Earrings, pierced jewelry, and intimates once opened (hygiene reasons)
4.6 Final sale or free promotional items
4.7 Packages undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer

5. Do I need to return the item?

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. Because we ship from China and international return shipping costs can be significant, we will typically offer a refund or replacement directly. If we do require a return in exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a return address and clear instructions, and will cover the return shipping cost if the issue was caused by our error.

6. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your refund request is approved, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Sizing & Exchanges

7.1 We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
7.2 If you received the wrong size due to our error, please contact us at info@getgussiedups.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct size at no additional cost.
7.3 If you selected the wrong size yourself, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, though return shipping costs in this case are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Customers are wholly responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
8.2 If the shipping carrier delivers to the wrong address due to their error, please contact us and we will offer a refund or resend the package based on your preference.
8.3 Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

9. Late Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of your purchase date, please contact us at info@getgussiedups.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you within 2 business days.
